Activities
Problem Solving
This can range from mental problems to more physical activities and forms the majority of most programmes. Ideal for bringing out issues of planning, problem solving, leadership, team behaviour and personal effectiveness.
Communication
Do we always say what we mean and get the message across first time?
Do we use an effective style for the situation?
There is only one way to find out – put it to the test!
Creativity
Do we really know what we want? Or what we mean?
Sometimes pictures, sculptures, poems and sketches can make us think just that little bit more deeply and communicate just that bit more.
High Challenge!
Heights, water, caves or just standing up in front of your colleagues. As well as making an event exciting and memorable these activities can be used to look at, amongst other things, trust, support, leadership and attitudes to risk.
Journeys and Scenarios
Rather than running a series of stand alone activities why not combine them into a scenario?
Business simulations, journeys, quests, or multi-part projects are just some of the ones we have developed.
